Dr. Jamie Schwass

Our principal chiropractor is Dr Jamie. He graduated right here in New Zealand! He grew up just down the road in Rolleston and has a massive interest in cricket and rugby. He now loves caring for children and babies, and has a keen interest in men’s health. When he’s not at practice, he enjoys time in the kitchen or at the dog park with Miss Meera & Mr Mo.

From Jamie:

“We’ve seen how chiropractic care positively changes lives, families and communities. There’s something extraordinary about working with people who want to grow personally and see their community thrive too. It’s a dream to watch kids we have seen for years grow through life, and equally exciting to watch our senior clients regain their joy and passion they may have lost.

We want to impact how you might perceive your own health, and your body’s natural abilities to heal. Health is about cultivating what is already there, and growing your understanding of what is possible. We can help you see what is holding you back from being the person you want to be, and then support you to overcome these limits.”

Dr. Nishi Joseph

Dr. Dylan Kucheravy

Coming from a family of chiropractors, Dylan has been under chiropractic care since birth and understands the positive impact that chiropractic care has on your health and wellbeing.

His mission is to pay this forward and makes sure everyone has access to chiropractic care from a young age. Dylan played collegiate gridiron football, and worked as a high performance strength and conditioning coach for a wide range of athletes. He understands what it takes for athletes to perform at a high level and is looking forward to continuing that work through Chiropractic.

When he’s not at Eden Health – Phillipstown, you’ll be able to find Dylan hiking, biking and climbing during the summer, as well as on the slopes in the winter!

Dr. Ben Edwards

I was born and raised in the Bay of Plenty before moving to Auckland for study, then moving back to the Bay of Plenty where I spent 3 years as an associate Chiropractor. After that, at the height of the pandemic, I opened my practice specializing in neurologically focused, pediatric care, with a particular focus on supporting those with neurodevelopmental challenges such as ADHD and Autism spectrum disorders. Seeking a change in scenery, my family and I moved to Christchurch in October 2023 for a new adventure.

Over my career, I have seen incredible improvements in kids with anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, learning difficulties, social struggles, and even challenges such as seizures and rare genetic conditions. No matter how many times I have seen the wins that are possible it never ceases to amaze me what can be achieved with the right approach in place, with neurologically focused Chiropractic at the forefront.

Outside of the clinic, I am a loving husband, a father to our beautiful daughter, and a keen Jui-Jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA athlete.

I believe that all children deserve the opportunity to thrive, feel confident in themselves, and reach their full potential. I’m so excited to help your child and your family reach your goals.
